Chemainus Theatre - "All Shook Up" - Sunday February 26th @ 2pm
Featuring the songs of Elvis Presley, this musical comedy follows a small town girl who dreams of hitting the open road. Everything gets turned upside down when a guitar-playing roustabout rambles in, introducing her to romance, rebellion and rock 'n roll.
Cost - $45.92 (each, or two for one with coupon)
Lunch - 11:15am. We have a reservation at the Willow Street Cafe in Chemainus. 9749 Willow Street, phone 246-2434.
Directions - left off Island Hwy on River Road, left onto Chemainus Road, first right onto Victoria St.,left onto Willow St. (cafe on the right).
Parking is less available at the Cafe so it would be wise to park near the theatre and walk around thenext corner (Willow St.) to the cafe.
Singles Club
The group meets for dinner approximately once a month. This dinner is often at a local restaurant, but sometimes in the home of one of the group members. This group is composed mostly of members who have lost a spouse, but all singles are welcome.
Annual Events
- Barbecue - Thursday July 14. Rotary Park, Qualicum Beach This includes a Bocce tournament.
- Golf Tournament - Friday, August 26. 9 hole scramble.
- Christmas Party - Wednesday, December 14th, Tigh Na Mara.
